The idea in this activity is act differents kind of moods, we used a mask with the purpose of create a mood. People have to guess which is the feeling express but the actor.

1.      WHAT IS AN APPLICATION LETTER?

Is a letter that contains relevant information about yours skills and knowledge for make a job or a work, for that reason in this letter you can do it in a formal style.

2.      WHEN DO YOU WRITE AN APPLICATION LETTER?

If you want work in a good company or your wish is obtain a good course in some college then you should write an application letter because is the way formal for explain yours skills with the purpose of obtain a job

3.      WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF AN APPLICATION LETTER?

Introduction: In this paragraph you can refer to the job for which you are applying

Motivation Explain the reasons why you want that job, and explain why you are the best candidate, and how you can help the company with your skills.

Requirements: The most important in this point is be honest and clear, say the things that you made do it  with successful

Conclusion: you can finished with a sentence of a future meeting in person and don´t forget your name and your signature

4.      WRITE 5 IMPORTANT TIPS FOR WRITING APPLICATION LETTERS.

Bear in mind that it is a formal letter

You have write, clear, readable and be careful with grammar errors.

This contain could be in a sheet letter because is faster read to employer,

 Write three to four paragraphs concise, highlights key information from your resume

Make sure you address any key requirements if you  are responding to an advertisement.

5.      WRITE AN APPLICATION LETTER FOR YOUR DREAM JOB

Greetings.

I will like work in your college and give all my knowledge to rise the development in the students, if yours lend me the opportunity I put at the utmost my concentration and my energy in my job, always I liked be a English teacher in a recognized institutions, but at the moment I have cannot obtain a job in an importance institution.

I am graduated in the 2010 as an English Licenciature at the Gran Colombia University, I made practice in a different colleges and in this years I am thinking work in the most important college for me, where I will work different situations with the students in the currently social context

I have developed different investigations with a team work in a pedagogic university in where I have learned and I can resolve problems with the students and carry out a excellent methodology in English teach.

TRANSACTIONAL LETTERS

What is a transactional letter?

Is when somebody answer a letter or a note,  sometimes people don´t have a  good improve vocabulary, so is important to other people can understand, here is when we have to use a correct transactional letter.

What are the 6 steps when writing a transactional letter?

GOOD START: The first step is a good start, you need to know who the person to response it, and this response could be a friend, family in your work so, when you have clear this step the idea is response about of a specific topic , What do you need response? Is for your boss, is a complaint or personal information.

PLANNING: Use between 120 and 150 words for answer a transactional letter, is important use a good style for that reason if you don´t know who are that person, research but this is impossible, If  I write a response is because I know who is the other. Then is possible that other person I know about him, Is important that you used your own words and write about of things that you can response in the order to not leave doubts.

DECIDING ON PARAGRAPHS: The idea of this point is write about of the importance, you can beginning with a paragraph thanking the other person, the second paragraph you can write about a topic mean, in the other you can complete with a same topic and you can write a good sentence, and at last you can use a short phrase formal or informal depending to who I write.

USING YOUR OWN WORDS, the idea in this point is that you will be original is better, because the people can use your phrases.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT STYLE: Sometimes when I speak with a friend I used an informal vocabulary, then I can write an informal style in my letters like isn’t, won’t and use simple vocabulary get out, get off.

CHECK AND CORRECT: After when you finished the letter come back and read again, with the purpose of saw and correct mistakes in your letter.

What is the most important information that you should take into account at the time of writing a transactional letter?

I think the most important information is the understanding because if I write to somebody, they have to understand with the purpose that we don’t have misunderstandings. So the first thing is to think and then write. And beware if the letter is for a friend or for someone who need to write formally style.

Choose one of the tasks from page 37 and 38 and complete it. You should write between 120 and 180 words

Hello Jane and Anne I hope going on road cycling the next weekend with yours, I read the Janes suggestions and I think we could round lake Windermere because if we go to the northern is too far and the weather is very cold, but I have been watching the map and there are  several places for to meet, the lake, first that all we will make exercises around the lake, the lake has several histories because many years ago a crocodile killed children when they were swimming, after we can go to the queen hotel, people said that the hotel has a beautiful view at lake and the price are very cheaper than the others, the meal is excellent and they have reasonable rates, we can take a rest, sleep in  comfortable beds and the next day we can get out and walk by the place, and visit turistics places like Beatrix potter museum and travelling in a steamboat for the lake, I’ll wait past a great and funny weekend.

 I read your letter, I´m fine, currently I get up at 05:30 am because at 7:00 I must start working, in the work there are different days some days are very hards, in that days I need much patient , many times the boss is very strict, then is when I have to stay concentrated  in my work, other days are very calms then I made the task of the university, after  in the university the professors leave me very workshops and for that reason several times I will go to my bed at midnight, In two months I hope to have vacations as soon as possible, I need to take a rest and my wish is going to travel to warm weather near to Bogotá and meet different landscapes

Why is important follow the rules of netiquette?

The rules of netiquete are very important, when you want exchange information about of a topic of your interest with other people do you have to respect the rules, there are many rules, I think everything are importants, remember us that this information is analyzed by the persons who belong the group, then greeting to the other integrants, avoid clashes, don`t shut up, and the more important is be cordial with the others. I haven`t clashes with others, the polite doesn`t fight with anybody.
